    Hi Terri,

Thank you for the detailed explanation, that makes your goal very clear.

You have spotted the difference between the two types of emails correctly. Automated reminders pull in each guest's responses (the guest details you saw in the preview) and include an Edit Response button, but they are scheduled relative to the event date, which is why they cannot reach as far out as you need. Email campaigns can be scheduled for any future date, but their merge tags cover event details, contact information, and answers to your form questions, so the guest details summary is not available in a campaign email at this time.

Here is a workaround that should get you close to what you want:

    1. Go to Invitations & Emails, click New email, and build your custom reminder.
    2. On the Recipients step, choose Attending guests so it only goes to people who have already said yes.
    3. Use merge tags for the details you want to show, such as their name and any custom question answers, and state clearly in the text that they are currently registered as attending.
    4. Add a Button block linked to your registration form, and tell guests in the email how to change their response before your RSVP deadline.
    5. Under Send now or schedule, choose Schedule to send later and pick the date about a week before your RSVP close date.

I am also passing your request along to our team as a feature suggestion, since being able to include guest details in a scheduled campaign email would be very helpful for events like yours.
