COUPLE/GROUP RSVP
Hi,
I am new to creating an RSVP website/QR code. Is it best to note guests individually even when these technically belong to a group? Ex. I have a group of Co Workers I will be inviting. if place in a group setting, will each of them have the same opportunity as an individual person to confirm individual response? Hope I don't sound too confusing. Thanks

Hi Dahiana,
Welcome to RSVPify! And no worries, your question makes perfect sense.
It really depends on how you'd like your guests to RSVP.
If you add each coworker individually to your Invite List, each person will have their own invitation and will submit their own RSVP independently.
If you group coworkers together, they'll be able to RSVP as part of the same group. This can be useful for families, couples, or groups where you'd like one person to be able to respond on behalf of others in their group.
For coworkers who are expected to respond individually, I'd generally recommend adding them as individual invitees rather than grouping them together. This will give you a cleaner view of each person's individual response.

In the import process, what is a 'Group ID' and why do I need it?
