Attendee Management
My event is set up so that email addresses are not required and I'm not interested in changing that as there are enough minors involved that it would be annoying for the guests. I haven't published it yet, so this is based on test responses. I currently have the gold plan.
- There are invitees I don't have email addresses for. The RSVP requires they enter an email for the group. I can find that when I look through their specific response and could copy and paste to add it, but is there a way to have these added automatically? I want to have the info available for future emails (reminders, etc.)
- Some groups have multiple invitees with known email addresses. Is there a way I can set it up so that if multiple emails exist in a group, the entire group gets the confirmation? I found a post that mentions this functionality if email is required for every guest but I don't want to turn that on.
- Is there some way to easily track attendance? Check-in is on professional plans only, which is fine since we won't require any sort of formal check-in process. I'd just like a way to quickly mark on my phone during the event the people that actually showed up since we know that number will end up being different from the actual RSVP numbers.

Hi Terri,
Thanks for reaching out! Happy to answer your questions.
1. For your first question, email addresses collected during the RSVP process aren't automatically added back to your invite list. If you'd like to have those email addresses associated with your invitees for future email campaigns, you'll need to manually add them to the corresponding invite list entries. However, you will be able to see them in the Guest Responses section.
2. Regarding confirmation emails, if email is only being collected at the group level, the confirmation email will be sent only to the email address entered during registration. If you do not have an email for each guest of the group at that time, once you do have an email, you can always update their response and add the email address and resend the confirmation email to the full group.
3. As for tracking attendance, while the Check-In Suite is available starting on the Plus plan and above, you can still keep track of who attended manually. One option is to keep your own attendance list during the event and update your RSVPify guest list afterward.
If you'd prefer to update attendance directly in RSVPify during the event, you would need to open your invite list on your phone, locate each guest as they arrive, open their record, and manually update their response to indicate that they attended/mark them as attending. While this is possible, it is more manual than using the Check-In Suite, as each guest would need to be updated individually.
Best
