    Hello there Dorothy!

Thank you for reaching out and I am truly sorry for the confusion this has caused for your guests, especially with multiple events involved!

What you are describing is actually a known behavior with our calendar invite files. The primary event time in the confirmation email adjusts to the recipient's local time zone automatically, which is why East Coast guests saw 8pm to 10:30pm instead of 6pm to 8:30pm Mountain Time. Unfortunately the secondary events do not follow the same adjustment which creates the inconsistency you noticed, where the primary event appears in local time but the secondary events show in Mountain Time. This mismatch is genuinely confusing for guests and I completely understand why this caused a problem.

The best way to address this going forward is to add a clear time zone notation directly into the event description and confirmation email body so guests always have a reference point regardless of what their calendar shows. Something like "All times listed are Mountain Time (MT)" placed prominently would help avoid any further confusion.

I will make sure to flag this to our product team as it is clear that the inconsistency between how primary and secondary event times are displayed needs to be addressed.

I am truly sorry for the trouble this caused and please do not hesitate to reach out if there is anything else we can help with!
