    Thank you for following up .

    The reason your participants are not receiving their confirmation emails or QR codes is directly related to the email security hold that was placed on your account, which we discussed in your previous ticket. While that hold is active all outgoing emails from your account are paused, which is why guests are not receiving their confirmations or QR codes despite your settings being correctly configured.

    Once the security hold is lifted all of your email communications will resume normally and your guests will receive their confirmation emails and QR codes as expected.
