    The email sending pause you are seeing is an automatic security hold that our system occasionally places on accounts as a precautionary measure, particularly on newer accounts that begin sending a higher volume of emails in a short period of time. It is not a reflection of anything you have done wrong and is simply a protective measure that gets reviewed and lifted by our team.

    Once the hold is lifted your guests will be able to receive their confirmation emails and QR codes as normal.

    I did try to locate your account on our end but unfortunately was not able to find it based on the information available here. Could you please reach out to us directly through the support chat at rsvpify.com so we can locate your account and lift the hold for you as quickly as possible?
