Meal Choices

We are having a graduation with each invited to include a guest. on the RSVP if they select 1 I can include the the meal choice option. How can I also have a meal choice for a guest if they select 2 in the RVSP option? With including 2 meal choice options it also appears when they have 1 person attending. Or, is there a way to allow for someone to allow multiple choices in meal choices, including choosing 2 for the beef option, for example?
