Cannot publish event 'Capacity Limit'

    Hi Marje,

    The Capacity Limit feature is not available on the Starter plan - it's available on Plus and above. So if you see the "Limited Number Available / Capacity Limit" error when trying to publish, it means your current plan doesn't support that feature, even if you haven't intentionally set a limit.

    The fix is either to:

    1. Upgrade to the Plus plan (or higher) to unlock capacity limits, or
    2. Check your event settings to make sure no capacity limit has been accidentally set - sometimes it can be toggled on without realizing it
