Cannot publish event 'Capacity Limit'
Please help - This message comes up:
"Limited Number Available / Capacity Limit"
But I have not got any limits on! Cannot publish event.
I have logged out and in again but nothing helps.

Hi Marje,
The Capacity Limit feature is not available on the Starter plan - it's available on Plus and above. So if you see the "Limited Number Available / Capacity Limit" error when trying to publish, it means your current plan doesn't support that feature, even if you haven't intentionally set a limit.
The fix is either to:
- Upgrade to the Plus plan (or higher) to unlock capacity limits, or
- Check your event settings to make sure no capacity limit has been accidentally set - sometimes it can be toggled on without realizing it
