Email Templates are hard to find

    Hi Lucille,

    Thank you for sharing this feedback. We completely understand how frustrating it can be to spend time creating an email template and then have difficulty locating it again later.

    Currently, email templates are tied to individual email campaigns within each event, which means when creating a new email, the editor starts with a default layout rather than automatically surfacing previously created designs.

    If you save an email as a draft once you create it, it will remain available under the Email Communications>Drafts tab, where you can reopen it, duplicate it, or reuse the content for future messages. This allows you to avoid needing to recreate the same template from scratch each time.
