Remove RSVP Button

Hi,

I want to publish my site, but before I do, I would like to remove the RSVP Button from my site for now. I will want to add it later. But the trash icon button to delete/remove it, is not there.

Is this something that can be changed/updated somehow?

Using this as a Save the Date in the meantime, we will collect RSVPs on a future email.

  You are correct that the main RSVP button cannot be removed, as the RSVP block is a required part of the event form. However, as you mentioned, the available workaround is to publish the event and then close the registration form, which will prevent guests from submitting RSVPs while still allowing you to use the page as a Save the Date for now.

  Once registration is closed, guests visiting the page will see that RSVPs are not currently being accepted, and you can later reopen the form whenever you are ready to begin collecting responses.

  I figured out a work-around. The desktop version - can close RSVPs & I placed a custom note: Invitation to follow - but it is a large open dead space on the desktop. Not on mobile.
