URGENT: Account Hold Preventing Emails From Being Sent
I have been working on updates to my unpublished event for quite some time, and today was the day our reunion committee planned to publish it. This morning, when I previewed the event, I received the message: “Email Sending Temporarily Paused – We’ve put a quick security hold on outgoing messages while we review your account.”
I am extremely concerned because I am a paying customer specifically so I can send out event emails and QR codes without delays. I need to send QR codes to attendees on Monday, and right now I am completely unable to do that.
I have already reached out to the support team and have not received a response. This is time-sensitive and needs to be resolved immediately. Please let me know how long this hold will last and remove it as soon as possible.
If this cannot be fixed right away, I will have no choice but to move my event and switch my services to another platform.
Please respond as soon as possible.
