    Thank you for reaching out, and we're sorry to hear your guests are having trouble RSVPing!

    Based on what you've described, the most likely explanation is that your event has reached the 100-response limit included with the Free plan. While your RSVP deadline settings and form status may still show as open, the response cap is a separate limit , once it's reached, new guests will see a message indicating that RSVPs are closed, even if your deadline hasn't passed.

    It's worth noting that if any of your 86 guests registered with additional guests (plus ones), each individual registrant counts as a separate response toward that limit, which can cause the cap to be reached sooner than expected.

    To allow additional guests to RSVP, you would need to upgrade to a paid plan, which offers a higher response allowance. You can review the available plan options directly within your RSVPify account.
