Email Sending Temporarily Paused - Stuck Waiting on Support Chat but No One Has Joined
Attempted to send an email regarding the logistics of our event along with prep material.
As soon as I attempted to send the email, I got a notification saying:
Email Sending Temporarily Paused - We’ve put a quick security hold on outgoing messages while we review your account.
As my email is time sensitive due to the timeline, I need to get this email sent out tonight for my attendees. I've been waiting for some time now on the support chat but no one has responded.
My account payment is current, and I've been using this platform since September/October of last year with similar activity for each event. This is the first time I've had an issue like this.
