How do i delete or change an email reply to a registrant. Changed it " under attending confirmation email" it keeps giving the same old message and not the updated message once i register
This is frustrating.. setup- events setting - email confirmations and reminders.. under attending confirmation email.. changed the email response but it keeps giving the old emai message from a previous event and not the new one that is saved ? is this a bug and if so how do we fix it.

I completely understand how frustrating that feels , especially when you’ve already updated the confirmation email and it’s still sending the old version.
What’s happening here is not a bug, but expected behavior.
When you change the “Attending Confirmation Email” in Event Settings, that update only applies moving forward. However, if the event was duplicated from a previous event, the confirmation email template may still be pulling content from the duplicated version unless it’s fully edited and saved in the new event.
Here’s what to check:

Go to Event Settings → Email Confirmations & Reminders

Open the “Attending Confirmation Email”

Make sure you are editing the email inside the current event (not the past event)

Scroll all the way down and click Save

Then fully refresh your browser

Test again using a brand new email address (so you trigger a fresh confirmation)
Important:
If you are testing using the same email address multiple times, you may be receiving the original confirmation from your first RSVP attempt rather than the updated version. The system will not resend a new confirmation unless a new RSVP is created.If it’s still sending the old message after testing with a new email address, let us know and we will be happy to investigate it further.
