External android tools not opening links inside rsvpify forms
Hi,
I’m running into a strange issue when some of my attendees try to open external tools from links inside my rsvpify event pages. A few of them are using android devices and rely on a utility they call delta executor for android to access certain game-related or automation pages, but whenever they click links from inside an rsvpify form, the page either fails to load or opens incorrectly in their browser.
For example, links that normally work fine when opened directly in chrome will sometimes show a blank page, trigger a security warning, or not open at all when launched from within the rsvpify flow. This has started causing confusion because people think the event page is broken, when in reality it seems to be related to how external android tools and browsers are handling embedded or redirected links.
I’m trying to figure out whether this is something related to rsvpify’s link handling, embedded browser behavior, or mobile security restrictions on android. Has anyone else experienced issues with third-party android tools or external links not behaving properly when accessed through rsvpify?
Any advice on how to make these links work more reliably for mobile users would be appreciated.

Hi,
Thank you for the detailed explanation, that’s very helpful.
What you’re describing is most likely related to how Android handles external links when they’re opened from within embedded or in-app browsers, rather than an issue with the RSVPify event page itself.
When a guest clicks a link inside an RSVPify form, the link may open in:
-
An in-app browser (such as Gmail, Facebook, etc.)
-
A webview environment
-
A restricted mobile browser session
Some third-party Android utilities , particularly game-related tools or executors like the one you mentioned , often require launching in a full Chrome browser session. These tools may block embedded launches, restrict referrer headers, or fail when opened inside a webview. That can result in blank pages, security warnings, or failed loads.
When the same link is opened directly in Chrome, it works because:
-
It launches in a full browser context
-
Cookies and permissions load normally
-
There’s no embedded security restriction
RSVPify does not modify or block external links beyond standard HTTPS redirects, so this behavior is typically caused by how the external tool or Android environment handles redirected or embedded traffic.
To improve reliability for mobile users, we recommend:
-
Adding a short note near the link advising Android users to open it directly in Chrome if it does not load properly.
-
Displaying the full URL (not just a hyperlinked word) so users can copy and paste it.
-
Avoiding URL shorteners or multi-step redirects.
-
Testing the link from common in-app browsers to see how it behaves.

I noticed that external Android tools are not opening links properly inside RSVPify forms. This can be frustrating for users trying to access event details or confirmations quickly. Lost Life, Hopefully a compatibility update will fix the issue soon because the platform itself works great otherwise. 📱

Hello there Emma!
Thank you for reaching out and for the kind words about the platform!
We appreciate you flagging this. We are sorry to hear you are running into trouble with external Android tools not opening links within RSVPify forms. To help us look into this further, could you share a bit more detail? For example, which Android tools or apps you are using, what type of links are affected, and whether this is happening on a specific device or Android version would all be really helpful for us to know.
Our team is always working to improve compatibility across devices and platforms, so this kind of feedback is really valuable to us.
Please don't hesitate to reach out and we are happy to help!
