Can't find pre-set logo that came with event template...
When I initially created my event, the event template (some kind of blue travel theme) came with a white globe-ish event logo. At first, I launched the event using a free platform, so I had to remove the logo in order to launch it. Now I've paid for the platform and so I have acces to the premium logo feature, but I cannot find the white globe logo icon. I've searched and searched in the stock image library and can't find what it was. Is there a way to find the original theme icon without messing up all the other customization to the theme that I've worked so hard on?

Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out , I understand why that’s frustrating after all the work you’ve put into customizing the event.
There isn’t a way to restore the original theme logo once it’s been removed. The white globe icon that came with the template isn’t stored separately or recoverable after deletion.
What you can do instead:
You can upload a new logo of your own.
You can choose a different logo from the stock image section.
You can also reuse any logos you’ve previously uploaded, which will still be available in your uploads library.Adding a new logo won’t affect any of the other customizations you’ve already made to the theme , it will only replace the logo itself.
Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any other issues or questions. We are happy to help! -
So if I set up a new event entirely with that original theme, I couldn't download the logo, and then re-upload it to my current event?

Hi Karen,
That’s a good question , but unfortunately, no.
Even if you create a brand-new event using the same original theme, the theme’s default logo (like the white globe icon) can’t be downloaded or extracted. Those theme logos are built into the theme itself and aren’t available as standalone image files that can be saved and re-uploaded elsewhere.
So creating a new event wouldn’t allow you to recover that original logo for reuse.
