    Thank you for sharing those details ,I can definitely understand how concerning this would be, especially when you’ve hosted multiple events and don’t see the expected payouts.

    To clarify how this works on our end: RSVPify itself does not hold or manually send payouts. All ticket payments and payouts are handled directly by Stripe once your event is connected to a Stripe account. When a guest purchases a ticket, the funds go into Stripe first, and Stripe then releases payouts based on its processing and payout schedule.

    That said, there are a few things we should confirm to get clarity:

    • Whether the November and December 27 events were successfully connected to your Stripe account at the time ticket sales occurred

    • Whether those events were set up with paid tickets enabled (and not free registrations)

    • Whether the charges appear in Stripe under Payments (even if they haven’t yet appeared as payouts)

    • Whether the events may still be subject to Stripe’s payout timing or reserve rules, which can sometimes delay payouts even when the account itself looks fine

    You’re right that the RSVPify dashboard doesn’t show payout confirmations directly, since payouts are fully managed by Stripe.
