    Thank you so much for reporting this - sorry for the trouble you and your guest experienced.

    We aren’t currently seeing any widespread issues with the RSVP check-in flow, and we weren’t able to replicate the black screen behavior on our end.

    To help us investigate further, could you please let us know what device and browser you and your guest were using at the time?
    If possible, also try clearing your browser cache or testing in an incognito/private window or a different browser - sometimes local browser data can cause display issues like this. We’ll be happy to dig deeper as soon as we have a bit more detail!
