    Thank you for reaching out!

    The coupon code field should appear automatically on the checkout page, even on mobile devices, right below the ticket summary. If attendees aren’t seeing it, it’s often because:
    • The browser zoomed in too far (they can scroll down slightly), or
    • The device is using an in-app browser (like Instagram or Facebook), which can sometimes hide the full checkout page.
    They can fix this by opening your event’s link directly in Safari or Chrome instead of inside another app.
