    Thank you for reaching out!

    The lookup block will stay active as long as there are invitees in your event’s invite list - even if the event is set to public. The only way to fully remove it is by deleting your invite list.

    That said, if your event is public, guests who aren’t on the invite list should still be able to move past this block and RSVP or purchase tickets normally.

    If you’d like to make the experience a bit smoother, you can change the text on the “Find My Invitation” button to something like “Continue to RSVP” under Event Settings → Languages & Translations → Customize.
