Logo doesn't show

I've uploaded a logo to my Event Builder website, it shows when I upload it, I can't crop it.  It then doesn't show once I add it.  Help please!

  We are truly sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your logo. There could be an issue with the format of your picture since the ratio is fixed to be viewable in mobile and web formats equally. When you upload the Logo, it should be croppable.
