    Thank you for reaching out to us!

    If you purchased a couples ticket and need to update one of the guest names, you’ll want to reach out directly to the event organizer. RSVPify provides the platform for ticketing and guest management, but only the event host has access to edit or update guest details tied to a ticket.

    We recommend locating the contact information for the organizer in your confirmation email (often listed near the event details or at the bottom of the email). From there, you can let them know which name you’d like to change, and they’ll be able to make that adjustment on your behalf.

    If you have any trouble reaching the organizer, you can also reply back to your confirmation email and we’ll make sure it gets routed to them.
