    I fixed it.  I went back in there with a fake registration and selected all of the items that were taken.  When I came back through a second time with another fake registration only 1 of the items was selectable and it is working like it should.

     

    I don't know why this changed as it was working fine for 3-4 months.  But anyway I now know how to fix it if it happens again.
