Note From Guest is greyed out on form builder, Note from guest displays to guest during RSVP, entries not viewable in report

The "Note From Guest" section is greyed out in form builder, but it is viewed to the guest during RSVP, they can add a note, but the note does not get presented in any available reporting.  My objective is to give guests the ability to add a custom note, and i want to be able see it in the report, what is wrong?

  You should be able to see the "Note From Guest" in the Reporting>Note From Guest section in the left-hand side toolbar.
