Invite-only subevents when you have sent a paper invite
We are inviting guests to our son's bar mitzvah with paper invitations in the mail, and then guests can scan the QR code on their invite to get to the RSVPify webpage for his bar mitzvah, where they will RSVP for each event (services, party, and brunch). Here's the question: since we want only some people invited to the Sunday brunch, is there a way to set it up so that only some people will see the brunch registration option? If we've entered in an invitee list, will it recognize which folks are eligible for brunch based on the name or email they register with, and only give the option to RSVP for brunch? Keep in mind, as noted above, we are not sending email invites - they are getting paper invites in the mail.

Hi Maya -
Thank you for reaching out. Happy to help!
One popular option that some users choose is to add "secondary events" to your form. Secondary events are essentially sub-events, and they can be options to all or invite-only. When you have secondary events in your form, you can track all registrations in the same dashboard, and segment the registration list by secondary event. Here is some more information about Secondary events.
I would recommend you see our short video in our Mitzvah set-up article that describes how to set up your form - including an explanation of the primary block and secondary events. If you still have questions after watching, feel free to reach out!
Best,
The RSVPify Team
