  We are Chicago-based, and our live support team is available M - F, 9:30 AM to 5 PM CST, subject to availability and chat volume.

  RSVPify is a self-service / DIY platform, but we do offer custom setup packages. Custom setup fees would be in addition to any ticketing/subscription fees required to manage your event. The setup itself includes an initial draft, based on your event requirements, and one round of edits.
