URGENT: Manual verification required to send emails
I am trying to send an invitation out to 280 folks through my organization via our enterprise account (which we have done many, many times and for much larger numbers of invitees) and when I attempted I got a warning saying "for the safety and security of your account, you must wait for a RSVPify customer service representative to verify your account to resume sending". The send now button is greyed out and schedule send is not an option either. I don't think RSVPify support works on weekends.
We are sending invitations to a verified list of NYC supporters for an advocacy event. Our team has used RSVPify responsibly in the past without issue. Please the restriction ASAP so I can proceed with email distribution as the event is coming up this week and we need invites out immediately.

I just encountered the same issue i.e. i have been asked to seek manual email verification to send emails. Kindly look into this asap as i working on a tight deadline. The event is in less than 4 weeks and table seating and venue details needs to be communicated to guests asap. Thanks
