Check in credits

I just sent out invitations for my first event and want to be able to check in the attendees at the event. It says I have twenty credits. Does that mean I can only sign in 20 people. How can I add more capability at sign in? I currently have a Gold subscription and don't see anything listed on line that shows any difference for Gold vs Platinum for sign in credits

  Thanks for reaching out and happy to clarify here! So the RSVPify's flagship guest check-in suite is limited to the company's professional plans (currently limited to the Plus and Pro tiers). All plans include up to 20 of those check in credits so that users can test out how the feature works to be sure its a good fit for their event before upgrading. If you're interested in utilizing that feature for your event, you would simply need to switch your plan (likely to Plus). Note that any charges will be prorated to account for unused time on your current tier.

  The 20 check-in credits usually refer to the number of attendee check-ins available with your current plan, not the number of invitations you can send. If you expect more than 20 guests at your event, you may need to purchase additional check-in credits or upgrade your plan depending on the available options.

  Since you are using a Gold subscription and cannot find a clear difference between Gold and Platinum check-in features, it’s best to review the check-in credit details in your account settings or contact RSVPify support for confirmation. They can provide the exact options for adding more check-in capacity before your event.

  Thanks for reaching out, and I want to make sure you get an accurate answer here since some of the information in this thread is a bit outdated.

  The 20 credits you are seeing are there so you can test out the check in feature before your event, they are not the total number of guests you will be able to check in. Full check in functionality is not included on Gold, it becomes available starting on our Plus plan, which includes 500 check in credits.

  If you would like to move forward with that, our live support team can help you upgrade and confirm everything lines up with your event before you go live. Just reach out with your event link and they will take it from there.
