All invitations flagged as junk mail
We are planning a retirement party for someone who works at a University, so almost all of the invitations are directed to people with email addresses in the same .edu domain. Unfortunately, the university's email filters moved ALL of our invitations into the intended recipients' junk folders. The university's IT department does not seem inclined to add RSVPify to an "allowlist" -- instead, they suggest that we switch to a different email marketing platform, like Emma, which the university supports.
So far, my only workaround is to recreated the emails and send them manually to 100+ guests from my personal email, which is tedious and also requires guests to enter their information and search for the invitation (rather than clicking a button in the email).
Any suggestions? It's frustrating to upgrade to the paid version of platform only to discover that it is unable to deliver invitations by email to our prospective guests.

Hi Jason -
Thank you for reaching out. Happy to help!
I'm afraid that the only solution at this time would be to add the RSVPify domains to the "save senders" list of the university email security settings. Another option is to manually send those emails from your own email client and avoid using the email builder tool.
We do offer integrated "email white-labeling," which will let you and your team send invitations and emails through the RSVPify platform as if they actually originated from -- and were 'digitally signed' by -- your organization's email servers. This approach allows you to safely send emails from anyuser@yourorganization.com without risking email deliverability.
Because of the engineering and testing time required, we do require an enterprise agreement as part of this configuration.
If you want to proceed with the next steps or have any additional questions on how this setup works or associated pricing, let us know any time.
Best,
The RSVPify Team
