Date of Cancellation

How can I find out exactly what date my subscription was cancelled?  Funds were removed for March 2025 -- on March 4th - and I believe the subscription was cancelled prior to the 4th.  How can I find out?  Our records show the subscription was cancelled on/about February 26.  I think we are due a credit or a refund.   Please advise.

  I see that the subscription you're referring to is from your collaborator. This subscription was renewed on March 3rd and canceled the day after (March 4th). It is scheduled to expire on April 4th after which you won't receive any future renewal invoices. You can review RSVPify's refund policy and are welcome to reach out to the billing team HERE.
