URGENT: guest names show required when not

    We had a chance to look into your event, and it seems like only one guest name and email is required upon selecting the group ticket selection. Could you send us a screenshot of what this experience looks like on your end to the live support chat? We'd be happy to look further into that. It could be that there was a ticket selection left out where you didn't disable this option.

    having same issue please address. i have submitted email with urgent request and been sitting in the chat for the entire morning.

    Hey Roza,

    Thank you for reaching out to us. 

    If group tickets are still asking for each guest’s info these would be the first setting to check:

    • Ticket Settings – Edit the ticket and make sure Require guest info for each ticket/seat is off.
    • Form Builder – Set all required fields to apply to Primary Attendee only.
    • Additional Guests – In Event Settings, turn off Require email for each guest.
    • Seating/QR – Assigned seating or per-guest QR will require names for all guests.

    After updating, you can always preview to confirm only the primary attendee’s info is required.
