    Thank you for reaching out. It looks like the issue is related to Stripe's limitations with application fees between US and MX accounts. Unfortunately, we aren't able to bypass this restriction as setting 0% fees could cause issues on our side.

    To proceed, we recommend processing payments directly through an alternative method outside the platform. Once the guest has submitted the registration, they can be redirected to another page to complete the necessary steps and make the purchase.     Once ticket prices are removed the event will be downgraded to a free plan and lose the free upgrade. We're happy to offer you a complimentary upgrade for your next event as compensation for the lack of the ability. Please let us know if you'd like us to apply this custom plan for you!
