Confirmation email customization problems

Hi, I noticed that the logo I uploaded is not appearing in the confirmation email for my event. Additionally, one of the invitee names (in the Google calendar card, not the body of the email) is displaying as the organizer's name. Do you have any ideas about what might be causing these issues and how I can fix them? I tried uploading a logo with a size of 200px, but that didn't work either. Thank you!

  Could you reach out to us through the live support chat (bottom right corner of your event page), and send us the logo image you're planning to use? We'd be happy to try this on our end and check what the issue might be. 

  As for the event organizer name, you can easily change that in Event Settings> Event Details,
