Process when event capacity is full
Hi everyone,
Can anyone shed any light on what happens when an event reaches capacity? I understand that no more registrations can be made, but are registrations that are attempted tracked somewhere so I can operate a waiting list?
It would be helpful to understand if registration details are stored ready for when cancellations are received.
