Meal Preference Block not showing up in Invite Registration form

We have a meal choice block set up. When testing the invite, it does not show up when registering for the event?  How do we get the meal choice made before submitting payment?

  I had a chance to look into your event, and it seems like the meal preferences block is set up properly, so your guests shouldn't have any issues making their meal selections. However, do note that the meal preferences block will show up as the second step of your registration in the preview, so you won't see it immediately until you fill out the RSVP block first.
