Do No responses count towards RSVP credits?

Do No Responses count toward the free RSVP credits on the free plan? I'm trying to setup a 70 person baby shower and I'm just concerned I will hit the cap of 100 free RSVP credits because of the no responses. Really don't want to spend money on a simple RSVP website for small single event

  Thank you for reaching out. Happy to clarify!

  All submitted registrations, regardless of the response (attending or not attending) count towards your RSVP credits. Those who have not submitted their RSVP do not count towards this credit limit.
