    I had a chance to look into this and test it out on my end. It seems like all the confirmation email features are working properly when viewed through Gmail. However, it seems like you've disabled the "Include replies to custom fields in email confirmation" option from your confirmation email. You can re-enable this option in Event Settings> Email Confirmations & Reminders. 

    Also, to test out a change in your email confirmation, you don't have to submit a new registration, you can just re-send the confirmation email to yourself: How do I re-send the confirmation email?
