Not for profit usage and plans
I am on the board for one not for profit organization working in the cultural space. I am thinking of this tool to better our member management, RSVP and check-in process.
We have member database that I would like to use but also accept walk-ins or RSVPs from others. Occasionally we will sell tickets for events as well. Most head count for events could be around 400 (kids included) and the least could be 75-100.
Any advice on which plans to choose and how it worked out for you?
Thank you,

Hi there -
Thank you for reaching out. Happy to clarify!
Any ticketed event or event collecting payments receives a free upgrade to RSVPify Professional, inclusive of all of our premium features. We charge an industry-leading low 1.95% + $.90 USD per ticket/item/donation. Nonprofits can apply for discounted rates (1.7% + $.78 per ticket sold) here.
Regardless, there are no subscription costs or other upfront fees. We only collect our fees from your actual ticket sales.
Please note that credit card processing fees are separate. We are partnered with a global payment processor called Stripe, which charges 2.9% + $.30 USD/transaction. Rates may vary by country. You can choose to pass part of these fees or all fees along to your guests, or choose to set ticket prices at a cost that would effectively include or help subsidize these fees. With RSVPify + Stripe, transfers of received funds 🏦 are automatically sent directly to your bank account (every business day in most cases).
Lastly, if you're planning to have offline sales (e.g., cash, payment at door, check, etc.), click here to learn more about the subscription required.
I hope that helps! Let me know if you have further questions on collecting payments for your nonprofit event with RSVPify 😊
Best,
Julia
