How do I delete the bouncing "scroll down" text

Hello I am urgently trying to delete the bouncing scroll down text as it is appearing over the top of the postcode.

  Thank you for reaching out. Happy to help.

  The only way to remove the "scroll down" text from your event website is by disabling the 
  "cover block" and adding your cover block image to a simple "Image" block instead.
