Wedding RSVP form for only invited guests

I am creating a wedding RSVP form and I want to ensure only invited guests RSVP.  

Is there a way to have a person type in their name which references a spreadsheet of invited guests and then shows the option to checkbox them and their guest?

 

Similar to the one on theknot.com.

  Sure thing! You can easily make your event invite-only by importing an invite list to your event: How do I import my Invite List from a spreadsheet?

  This way, only those on the invite list will be able to register for your event.
