Guest are not able to RSVP!!
When guest try to put their name and email to RSVP, it is stating: "Sorry, we couldn't find your invitation. Please check for typo and try again or contact your event's host." I tried to upgrade to gold, but issue was not resolved.
I am not able to find contact information to RSVPify to correct this issue.

i had a chance to look into your event, and it seems like you imported your invite list incorrectly, which is causing trouble for your invitees when trying to locate their invitation and access the event form. You added two names to the "first name" field so you would have to separate your invitees in the invite list and group them using the "Group ID" column. This guide can help you out with that:
