    Thank you for reaching out. Happy to help!

    I had a chance to look into your event, and it seems like you've accidentally added an empty "meal preferences" block to your event form, which is blocking your invitees from submitting their registration. You need to remove this block in Form Builder. Here's a screenshot for your reference:

    Once you do that, make sure you click on the "Republish" button at the top of your event page to save the changes to your live event.
