If i add a dropdown menu from custom questions then add about 100 country will a search bar appear so the guest can easily find their country

  Based on what you shared, I would rather suggest you add a "mailing address" custom question block to your event form and disable all of the block fields except for the "country" one (allows the country to be searched). Do note that the "street address" field cannot be disabled, but you can rename it to something else in Event Settings> Languages & Translations> Customize.
