Including job titles in form builder

Is there way to have a 3rd box with "first name" and "last name" for someone to enter what their job title is?

  While it is not possible to add this field to the main RSVP block along with the name and email fields, you can add a separate Custom Question block to ask for your guests' job title: Custom Questions
