Best way to have id numbers on the backend?
Hello!
I am setting up an event for my employer after having used RSVPify for last year's event with general success minus one issue; we did not appreciate how difficult it was going to be for us to get our event attendee information into our Blackbaud event database which is not part of RSVPify's integrations.
Our "solution" last year was to export signed up registrants and add their id numbers for our database to the exported spreadsheet which had issues arise whenever anyone updated their registration on the event site. After the event, the id numbers are how we tell our database who actually attended the event.
This year, I would like to try to find a way to have these id numbers live in RSVPify so that it is included in the spreadsheets when I export user data. This is not information our attendees have, so I cannot include it as a custom question for them.
I thought about using 'tags' for this information since we will not be using it for grouping our attendees; but we're talking about 300 to 400 attendees and I cannot find if there is a tag limit on the Plus plan we have.
Does anyone else have another suggestion of a data field in RSVPify that might be able to be used for our attendee's id numbers? Each has their own unique identifier, so I do not believe 'comment' will work because it seems the same comment is applied to any registrants who rsvp's together as a group.
Thanks,
Justin

Hi Justin!
Based on what you shared it sounds as if you would need to include custom data fields in your invite list import to retain this data. However, the custom data fields feature is currently only available with our Enterprise plan tier. If that's something you'd be interested in, feel free to reach out on our live support chat and one of our Enterprise reps will be happy to connect with you and share more information!
Best,
Julia
