building a seating chart for a secondary event with guests that only attending the secondary event

Hi

I am building a seating chart for the secondary event and have guests who will only come to the secondary event and not the main event. I am unable to ad them to the table chart as they are marked as "not attending". 

What can I do?

  Thank you for reaching out. Happy to help!

  You should be able to assign seats to everyone on your invite list regardless of whether they responded or not. However, make sure you don't have any filters applied in the seating chart before finding a guest you want to assign to a table.
