Email not sent - still pending?
I tried to send an email to my guests and it's still pending? Is this because of the holiday? How can I speed this up?

When you send emails through our email builder, they undergo an automatic security check by our system. Generally, this process is swift and emails are approved within a few minutes. However, the estimated time your email spends in the queue may vary due to the overall email traffic.
The queue duration is influenced by the volume of emails being processed at any given time. During periods of high traffic, there might be a slight delay in approval times. That said, your email should be approved by now so feel free to let me know if it was sent successfully!
