Once a plan is canceled, to we have access to the event information? Guests, etc?

    Thank you for reaching out. Happy to clarify!

    Once you cancel your subscription, you will have premium access to your events until the end of the billing cycle that you paid for. Once this period expires, you will automatically be moved to the free plan and will lose backend access to your premium events until you renew your subscription. However, your event data should still remain until you decide to upgrade again. That said, you can always export all of your event data before your account downgrades back to the free plan.

    On a related topic, will my guests still be able to access the event info if the premium subscription expires the day before or day of the event?
