Published Event but ticket options are all grayed out

    I had a chance to look into your event, and it seems like you've set a "limited number available" option to 1 for your ticket selections. You would have to disable this option or increase the limit in Form Builder> ticketing block settings by clicking on a gear tool icon next to each ticket selection. Here's a screenshot for your reference:

    If your event has been published but the ticket options appear visible and grayed out, it may be because the ticket settings are not fully active yet. Check that ticket sales are enabled, the ticket availability dates are correct, and that there are no restrictions such as sold-out limits or registration settings preventing selection.

    You can also review the event settings, refresh the page, or test the registration link from a different browser or device. If the issue continues, contacting the event platform support team can help identify whether there is a configuration issue with the ticket options.
