RSVPs not registering
I received email from RSVPify system of confirmation for the event with invitee name and 3 additional guests.Yet, when I pull them up in invitee list on the website they are listed as neither yes or no. Under the reporting tab and Overview they are not listed. The total number attending hasn't changed. The system seems to be ingoring them. Today I put them in maually as attending. Once again the total number attending doesn't change.

Could you please share the names of guests whose registrations are not showing up? It would also be helpful if you could ask them to send a screenshot of the confirmation email they received containing the confirmation code.
